Pastors Jacob & Susan Skelton have faithfully served Life Pointe Church of God since August 2004. Pastor & Susan have a desire to see the lost saved and people realize the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
Pastor is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). Prior to coming to Lincoln, Pastor and Susan served as the Youth and Christian Education Directors at Harvest Temple Church of God (now New Vision) in Decatur, IL. Also, Pastor has served at the Living Waters Church of God in Auburn, IL as Youth and Interim Pastor.
Pastor and Susan were married on July 12, 2003 and are the proud parents of twins, Ian and Lilly.
Josh and Lisa Merreighn have been the Youth Pastors since October 2004. They want to see the youth reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and their lives changed through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Pastor Josh holds an Exhorters License through the Church of God (Cleveland TN). Josh and Lisa both were raised in Lincoln and have been a part of the Church for many years.
They were married here at Life Pointe Church of God February 14th, 1999, and have two wonderful children Quentin and Peyton.
Mike and Christy have been serving at the Life Pointe Church of God for the past three years.
As they pressed into God's plan for their lives they prayed God would open a door to their calling. The received a call on their lives to lead worship as husband and wife. As a result, Mike and Christy began serving as Worship Leaders in May 2009.
They desire to truly serve the people, helping them seek after what God has for them, and to lead them to a point where they can hear and respond to God in worship.
Mike and Christy have been married since 2000 and have two children Seth and Aleaya.
